Medical Advice
Seeing a medical professional as soon as you have a problem is the key to a quick recovery.
Local residents should see their regular family doctor, and university students can visit Student Health, which also offers sports medicine and counselling services. Students should see Student Health for any health problems which are affecting their studies. We also recommend all athletes get flu vaccinations, to avoid illness during the winter season.

Find funding from Sport New Zealand
Apply for a Skeggs Foundation Grant - these are available to residents of Otago, and applications close 20 March and 20 September each year. Grants are available for emerging athletes, coaches and officials.
