Our philosophy is 'Hooked for life', that is, players have such an enjoyable experience while playing, they continue to play for their whole life. You can begin playing hockey at any age!
Young 4-7 year old players take our Fun Sticks 12-week skills programme to learn the basics of the game.
Primary schoolers can play games in a local Active Post Small Sticks competition.
Secondary schoolers can play in their local secondary or club competition.
Adults can play in the local club competition, and players 35+ can also get involved in Masters competitions and tournaments.
